Low self-esteem

We have all experienced moments when we lack confidence and do not feel good about ourselves. However, when low self-esteem becomes a long-term issue, it can have a negative impact on our mental health and our daily lives. Low self-esteem is common in childhood. Teachers, friends, siblings, parents, and even the media send us messages about ourselves, both positive and negative. For some reason, the message that you are not good enough sticks with you. Perhaps you found it difficult to live up to other people’s or your own expectations of you.

How can I enhance my self-esteem?

I can help you explore how your low self-confidence may have evolved from earlier childhood experiences or more recent events, as well as how your day-to-day life is affected. I Assist you to improve your self-image and in become more assertive and positive
