FACE TO FACE COUNSELLING

The client can explore various aspects of their life and feelings in the counselling sessions, talking about them freely and openly in a way that is rarely possible with friends or family. Bottled up emotions such as anger, anxiety, grief, and embarrassment can become very intense, and counselling allows you to explore them in order to make them more understandable. The counsellor will encourage the expression of feelings and will be able to accept and reflect the client’s problems without becoming burdened by them as a result of their training.

ONLINE COUNSELLING

Online therapy, also known as e-therapy, e-counseling, teletherapy, or cyber-counseling, is the delivery of mental health services and support via the internet. Email, text messaging, video conferencing, online chat, messaging, and internet phone can all be used to provide services. Online therapy can take place in real time, such as through phone calls and text messages, or in a time-delayed format, such as through email messages. Despite its limitations, this type of therapy is quickly becoming an important resource for a growing number of people.

1. Case Review & Scoping
A detailed discussion to confirm the psychological questions the assessment needs to address and ensure they fall within my remit.

2. Comprehensive Assessment
This includes a clinical-style interview, the administration of relevant, standardised psychometric tests from my qualified domains, and a review of all case papers.

3. Analysis & Report Writing
I conduct an integrated analysis of all data to produce a clear, comprehensive, and impartial report. The report will detail the findings, their psychological meaning, and will explicitly state the boundaries of the assessment based on my qualifications.

4. Optional Follow-Up
Availability for meetings or discussions with instructing parties, and readiness to give evidence in court if required.
